Harvesting of the grapes from the second half of September. After de-stemming the grapes, the process continues with the maceration with the skins which gives the wine its colour and taste. After a soft pressing, the wine is drawn off and sent to mature in steel for at least 6 months.
Ruby red in colour, expresses notes of currants and light marasca cherries, with spicy evolutionary notes.
It is recommended together with starters of meat and vegetables, risottos or country fare second courses.
