Grapes are harvested from the latter half of August, fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
It is aged only in steel with repeated re-passing of the fine settled must back to the upper level of the vat, as required to achieve the colour and bouquet. Straw-yellow in colour with greenish reflections, it presents enveloping floral aromas.
With a fresh, savoury and enveloping taste, it has herbaceous scents. It is recommended in combination with risottos and first courses of white meat or fish and fresh cheeses.
