Grapes are harvested from the latter half of September.
After de-stemming the grapes are macerated with the skins giving the wine its colour and taste. This is followed by a soft pressing. Afterwards the wine is drawn off and aged in steel barrels.
Intense ruby red colour, expresses notes of black berry fruit.
It is recommended in combination with meat dishes both processed and on the grill.
