Grapes are harvested from the latter half of September,
At the winery, the grapes are de-stemmed and macerated with the skins at a controlled temperature.
Once drawn off, the wine is aged exclusively in steel vats for 6 to 8 months before bottling.
Intense red in colour, with notes of cherries and currants.
It is recommended in combination with red and white meat.
